Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days and then shipped up to 5-15 business days (Europe, UK, Ireland) or 10-30 business days (USA, Australia).

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method selected. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the applicable shipping options and their corresponding costs before finalising your purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its status.

My order

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.

You are supposed to get in touch with our team within 14 days of product delivery using the “Contact Us” form. We will respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive a reply via email with a link to fill a ‘’submit issue’’ form.
